The site is a referral service only. It is not a contractor, it does no roof work, it does not inspect homes and it offers no prices or bids of its own. When you send a request, it is passed to one independent local roofer. Any estimate, contract, work, warranty or payment is strictly between you and that roofer, and this site is not a party to it.

Each referral is paid for by the roofing company that receives it. Using the site costs you nothing, and no one offers or hands you anything in return for sending a request.

You agree to give accurate information in the form and to use the site only for real roof projects at a property you own or have authority over. Do not submit someone else's details without permission.

The articles, cost figures, quiz and calculator are general information. Figures carry their source and year, can change, and are not a promise of what any job will cost. Before you hire anyone, do your own checks, such as looking the contractor up on the Pennsylvania Attorney General's home improvement contractor search.

To the extent the law allows, this site is not responsible for the work, conduct, pricing or advice of any roofer, or for decisions you make based on the site's content. The text and design of the site belong to its owner and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. They may be updated from time to time, and the version on this page applies from the date it is posted. Questions can go through the contact page. Last updated October 10, 2026.
