When you fill in the request form, you give us your name, your contact details, the address of the property and a short description of the roof project. We use that information for one purpose: passing your request to one independent local roofing contractor so that company can get in touch with you about your roof. Your details go to that one roofer and nowhere else.

Your request is stored with the company that hosts this website so that it can be passed on to the roofer. It is deleted automatically after 90 days. We do not sell personal data, rent it out or trade it, and we do not use it to show you advertising.

The form does not ask for sensitive information such as financial account numbers, insurance policy numbers, health details or government ID numbers, so please leave those out of the description box. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep basic technical records, such as the browser type and the time of a visit, to keep the site running and secure.

This site lists no phone number and does not record or track phone conversations. Once the roofer has your request, any contact between you and that company, and anything you share with it, is covered by the roofer's own practices, not this policy.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have your request deleted sooner, send a message through the contact page. The site is not meant for anyone under 18. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Last updated October 10, 2026.
