The site is not a roofing contractor and does no roofing work. It does not inspect roofs, write estimates, quote prices, sign contracts or deal with insurance claims. When you send a request through the form, it goes to one independent local roofing company, which contacts you, looks at the roof and gives you its own estimate. Any agreement you reach is with that company alone.

For every referral it receives, the roofing company pays this site a fee, and those fees are how the site is funded. Homeowners never pay to use the site, and they never receive any gift, credit, discount or other reward for sending a request or for hiring the roofer.

Because the roofer pays for referrals, the site has a business relationship with it. That relationship does not change your rights. You are free to get other estimates, to turn down any offer and to check the roofer yourself, for example on the Pennsylvania Attorney General's home improvement contractor search, before signing anything.

The site does not name the roofer and does not claim it holds any particular license or registration; checking that is up to you. Questions about this arrangement can be sent through the contact page. Last updated October 10, 2026.
